1. Remove Dirt

• Surface Dirt: For light dirt, use a dry cloth or a soft brush to gently remove the debris. If the dirt is more stubborn, mix a mild detergent with water and wipe the surface with a cloth.
• Soles (Rubber Parts): Use a soft sponge or eraser to clean off stains or yellowing on the soles.

2. Washing

• Hand Washing: Wet the entire sneaker, apply a mild detergent to a soft brush, and gently scrub the fabric areas. Be careful not to use too much pressure, as a hard brush may damage the fabric.
• Using a Washing Machine: Ninja Tabi can be washed in a washing machine if placed in a laundry net. Use a gentle cycle, and avoid using the dryer.

3. Drying

• Air Drying: Avoid direct sunlight, and let them dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading and material deterioration. Stuff the inside with newspaper to help maintain the shoe’s shape while drying.

4. Care for the Laces

• Remove and Wash: Take the laces off and hand-wash them or put them in a laundry net and wash them in the machine. If the laces are very dirty or faded, consider replacing them with new ones.

5. Use Water-Repellent Spray

• After cleaning or when new, applying a water-repellent spray can help protect against dirt and water. Make sure to use a spray suitable for canvas materials, and apply lightly and evenly.

6. Storage

• When not in use, store the sneakers in a cool, dry place with good ventilation. Using shoe trees or stuffing the shoes with paper will help prevent them from losing their shape.

・ Customs duties in the destination country, consumption tax in the destination country, inspection fee, long-term storage cost due to non-delivery, and other expenses incurred in the destination country will be paid by the customer to the delivery company or any other related organizations. 

(1) Returns

・ We will accept returns only in special circumstances such as defective products or problems with fittings.

・ Returns related to product defects will be handled at our expense.

・ We ask that the customer bear the shipping fee for returns due to other fitting problems (except in the case of defective products).

・ If there is a request for return, the customer should contact us by e-mail within 7 days after the item arrives. If it is more than 7 days from the date of arrival, we may not accept the return.

・ If there is a problem with the fitting, as soon as we confirm the return of the good product from the customer, we will send you a coupon equal to the purchase price of the returned product.

・ The shipping fee when returning to our company will be borne by the customer, except in the case of product defects.

・In principle, refunds will not be made except in the case of defective products.

・If there are other special circumstances that should be refunded, we will refund only if it is recognized that the refund should be made in accordance with our internal regulations.

・ Regarding the refund amount, unless it is caused by our fault such as product defect, the difference amount (calculated in Japanese yen) after deducting the actual cost until the refund date, such as shipping and handling fee, will be transferred to the customer.


(2)Exchange
・Since one kimono is used for exchange, it is not possible to exchange the same pattern and kimono.

・If there is a problem with the fitting, as with the above return method, as soon as we confirm the return of the good product from the customer, we will send you a coupon equal to the purchase price of the returned product. It will be exchanged by re-purchase with the coupon.
